What can I say from start to finish out stay at Club del Carmen was outstanding. It was first time to book a hoilday directly without using a travel agent and after reading reviews I decided to book Club del Carmen and it certainly didn't let us down. Roughly 6 minutes from the airport. 15 minutes walk to the centre of the stip no hills. The on site restaurant was second to none. The most friendly staff ever. The complex was clean and safe and I would highly recommend it. I will certainly be back.

The apartment was so clean. Perfect. Spacious enough. Good shower. Great utensils etc in the kitchen. A lovely big balcony. The staff were all amazing, from reception to restaurant. They were all so lovely and helpful. They have a WhatsApp set up so you can ask questions etc via WhatsApp so no need to wait at reception. I even booked our trip to timanfaya National park with them through WhatsApp. The pools and jacuzzi are great. A good system in place for loungers. Floaties only allowed at certain times but this is good for the comfort of others. The restaurant was lovely. Great staff and tasty good quality food. Happy hour twice a day!! The kids loved the movie night.

Great location. Opposite the beach. Few minutes walk into Playa del Carmen where there are a lot of restaurants and shops all the way down the beachfront. Nice hotel rooms. Pool wasn't cold but not warm either. Great to have a filtered water tap! One of the best features really so you don't have to lug lots of bottled water around. Comfortable apartment for a family and a sunny balcony.

A relatively small and cozy hotel located close to the beach. Our appartement was comfortable for a family with a toddler and 2 bigger kids. Our toddler slept in a baby bed in our room, thus we didn't use the sleeping couch in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped. There was some coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper. Also 2 dishwasher tablets (we could buy more at the reception for 50 cents each). The swimming pool was mostly empty as others guests enjoyed sunbathing more than swimming. We got sunbeds without reservation whenever we wanted. Our kids liked the playcorner outside, small but yet nice. The hotel complex was quiet and neat. The hotel bar had a good choice of food for a very reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay!

Staff were amazing and extremely helpful. We were offered a late check out as our return flight was in the evening. We were provided with clean towels to have a shower before leaving and our cases were stored in a locked room within reception. The apartment was extremely hot as the air conditioning unit was a little out dated over all we had a fantastic time.

very clean comfortable apartments, very nice pool and hot tub area. staff were excellent and very helpful at all times. right across from a lovely beach. very quiet location and pub on resort closed at 12 to ensure quietness for residents

It was all really nice. The staff are all very helpful. The pool heated, something that is important in February. There is a restaurant on site that does meals and drinks, although we did not use it as the small house we had, had a relatively well-equipped kitchen area. From the small house we had we could look out and see the beach and see which was really nice. This was the second time we had visited this complex and can therefore say that the small houses are very much the same as the two bedroom apartments, except bigger with an extra bath room.
